Purpose:

We are looking for two talented programmers to develop and modify internal application, operating and database systems including enterprise web and desktop applications. Perform testing and debugging tasks on application software and/or operating systems software. Document all programming and system changes.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in design meetings and analyze company's internal technology needs.
• Assists in analyzing and documenting requirements and use cases for data, workflow, logical process and business rules for applications development.
• Designs, develops and tests screen layouts, graphical user interfaces, printed outputs, reports, business logic and interfaces with other systems.
• Creates test harnesses for unit and regression testing.
• Documents code according to IS standards.
• Designs and develops database schema, stored procedures, triggers and other database objects.
• Provides technical support for internal and external users of IS applications.
• Analyzes and installs, tests, upgrades externally developed applications.
• Monitors performance of applications post deployment.
• Perform testing and analysis on applications and systems to identify problems.
• Contribute to training manuals or instructions for employees.
• Research and remain informed of new technology and development tools.
• Other related duties as assigned by the Management/Executive Team.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in computer science or related technical field preferred.
• 4+ years experience in software development building enterprise class systems.
• Experience with VB.NET, ASP.NET, Microsoft SQL Server, Web Services, .NET2.0+, HTML, and Crystal Reports is critical.
• Experience with C#/C++, CSS, Java, Ajax, Telerik Reporting Controls, IIS 7.0, and Dot Net Nuke is desired, but not required.
• Experience with MS Visual Studio and VSS.
• Experience with TSQL, relational database design and normalization. Understanding of SQL triggers, views and stored procedures is a must.
• Demonstrated experience with Object Oriented methods.
• Some OLAP and Data Warehousing desired, but not required.
• MCP/MCSD/MCPD or other industry certification desired.

Demonstrated Competence in the following:

• Proficient skill level in Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Internet search processes and research abilities.
• VB.Net, ASP.Net, SQL, Software programming process.
